“My dick did not enter her body, well, at least not the part that makes mating complete, alright,” Nash finished stiffly, rendering everyone mute.

And I blanched.

He had told me that he was not that close or open to his parents, but if this was not close enough then what the heck was close in their definition.

“Myra,” Nash exclaimed and jumped on his feet to rush over to meet her.

My mouth hung open as I saw them hug rather tightly.

I cleared my throat, and he let her go.

“Myra, this is Jayden, my mate,” he introduced, and Myra looked shocked at first, but then she bowed her head in my direction. “And Jayden, this is Myra, my childhood and best friend.”

I did not nod in her direction though. I did not like the way Nash still had his hand on her waist.
