He asked once more, still further from the truth I then adjusted my chair to draw closer to him as I spoke.

"This birthmark right here is always consistent with the male relatives of my bloodline but there is something that makes me think about my son in a different sense entirely.

"What is that?"

As Fred awaited my answer I then turned my gaze to him and told him my mind.

"This means that my son should have the birthmark as well but guess what, he doesn't and it makes me wonder if he is at all truly my son."

"Whoa whoa Whoa, now hold on a minute tiger."

Fred tried to dismiss the very thought of Benjamin not being mine as he thought I was just being paranoid, he did not believe I would think that.

"There's no way you can judge that by just a mere birthmark Damien, of all people should know better than to believe in kinds of stuff like this."

His words resonated with doubt, something my mind could not let in as I continued to ponder on the truth of my son's real identity.
