CHAPTER TWELVE

Lying down my body in the grass with the lovely eyes of flowers fluttering their bodies in the breeze. I like how the sunlight hits my face as if it's not hot, since it brings me serenity and casts tranquility within me.

"Oh, that was such a beautiful day..." Charlotte reached up and felt the sun on her smooth skin as she raised her palm to the sky.

"Is it okay, Legolas, if I go back to the fruit-tree grove? I just want to get some fruits for you and me again."

"If it's for your pleasure, my Lady," Legolas uttered.

Charlotte happily ran and skipped through the lush meadow, the sunshine flowing through the openings in the canopies and illuminating the path in front of her.
