Aubrey's POV

I rose instantly and walked to the door to see for myself. I opened the door and saw my sister standing with a large suitcase in hand. She didn't even come for a short visit.

" Amber, what are you doing here?" I asked her.

" I came to see you. Are you busy?" She asked, while poking her head to see the room.

She knew that I couldn't send her away. My eyes caught a movement in the distance, it could be one of those bad wolves. I couldn't send her into their arms. I shook my head at the negative thoughts that ran through my mind.

" Come in," I replied, and she dragged her suitcase in. I bolted the door behind her.

" Good evening, you must be Amber, my name is Alexis, Aubrey's friend," Alexis said cheerfully easing the awkwardness in the room.
