Aubrey's POV

Three Days Later,

"Why can't we wait till they return? I didn't even beat him that hard. Will Ellie have to be protecting him?" He said.

The children had returned home, so we finally had time to leave the house. I stared at Mr. Knight and gave him the evil eye, " You promised to be nice, you prom..." I yelped when he drew me closer to him.

"I didn't promise to be nice to him. I said I was going to have a word with him." He replied and drew me even closer until I was sitting on his lap.
