I’m awakened by a rather calm Amory walking into the room I’m asleep in, “mi Amor” (my love)? She walks all the way to the bed with Stephany in her hands as I sit up. “YaYa, my iPad is missing”, Stephany whines. I reached across the bed to where I had charged it, and handed it to her, instantly turning her whining into a giggle. I’m surprised that Spencer and Amory are already up as I make my way to the kitchen in time to hear him ask her, “why do you eat that every day”? From the doorway, I see Amory is sitting on the island countertop with Spencer in front of her. He has his arms resting on her thighs and his hands clasped together behind her back. She shrugs before saying, “tastes good.
