Verania's Point of View

Today, the welcome party for Ares' grandparents, who have been abroad for many years, will take place. Instead of going with Ares, I decided to go alone.

Ares went to the Montero resort with the Mayor, and I felt at ease knowing he was safe there because I entrusted Gabriella with his security. I arrived at the party alone in a car borrowed from my father. I had to borrow a vehicle from our house so I could get here. I even had to call to ask for it since my father wasn't home.
