Melody's POV:

This time when I reached the Grand Park, he was already there. My heart skipped a beat when I saw him. I almost wanted to turn back and leave.

Whatever happens just don't lose hope.

I looked at his back profile, sitting on a bench looking like he didn't care if people were giving him stares. Not mostly since there were mainly children around. I still had a hard time thinking he was supposed to be a singer.

Well, he was supposed to be a singer. I can't possibly change that. The thing was, why didn't anyone tell me before?

Inhaling an encouraging breath, I went towards him. Each step I took, I felt my heartbeat increasing. I sat down on the bench beside him. On the far end.

God, please don't make this any more awkward.

"Hey." He said with a small smile.

My heart skipped another beat. I didn't want to look like an awkward mess.

"Hi." I replied back.

He looked comfortable. While I felt like I could just walk back and leave. Curse my stupid attitude.
