CHAPTER 117

In the morning, her mother was busy preparing for dinner for Kyle's family later. Her grandmother helped her no matter how many times they stopped the old woman from helping. They didn't want her to get tired. Even though they ave housemaids, her mom prefers to do most of the work for the scheduled dinner.

She couldn't help but think that her mom would have been that excited if a man's family will visit them to ask for her hand for marriage. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if she had such wishes even just that night. She could just pretend too.

Kyle borrowed their children so as not to bother them while preparing. He also offered help but was politely refused by her mother.
