“Have you discovered an alternate route?”

“Not yet,” Alpha Matthew chimed in.

I didn’t take a shower, but immediately followed Alpha Matthew to meet the guest who had come to the house that morning.

Meanwhile, I noticed that Everly remained in the house. She was assisting Hannah with watering the roses I had planted in the side yard.

“Well, it seems you’ll need to experiment with a few methods. We attempted to use Kyle’s blood before, but it only yielded partial success.” Murmured the man with pale skin.

“Is Kyle your son?” Alpha Matthew asked.

“Yes. He’s our son,” his beautiful wife whispered.

I assumed she hailed from the Elven realm from her striking silver locks.

“Oh yes. What prompted you to discover that Holly instigated the riot here?” the man inquired.

“I already told you, Theophile. My wife possesses the acute instincts of a female werewolf.”

“Every woman possesses stronger instincts than a man,” Theophile chuckled and flashed a smile
