Jacob's POV
Re-entering the living room, I found only Mom, Alex, and Lucas still seated. Each of my brothers cradled his own child, each little face bleary-eyed from their recent naps. This was my first in-person encounter with them since they were born.
Lucas, with a mischievous twinkle in his eye, turned to his toddler, Hope, whispering excitedly into her ear "Look, Hope" he said, a wicked grin playing on his lips "This is Uncle Jacob, in all his gloriously jealous splendor. Let's say hi"
