I quietly slipped out of bed, careful not to wake the naked woman next to me. I enjoyed last night, especially our time at the shore, and again when we reached our room. However, I couldn't ignore my conscience. I knew I temporarily turned my back on a friend to enjoy my night with my wife.

Things are not looking good for Krieg.

Their reputation was ruined in the eyes of their clients and dealers after the back-to-back incidents that occurred in their mansion. And I can't sit around. The Vernons have a close tie to the Rios. If their name's dragged in the dirt, our name will be dragged too.
