Chapter 20

The cold wind whipped around Sky in the dead of the night the only source of light being the moon that shone brightly in the sky. Tarred road stretch on for miles on either side of her as she moved forward not knowing where she was going, she could see nothing in front of her or around her.

'Why didn't you save me a voice spoke behind her, she knew that voice, it was one she loved one she couldn't wait to hear every day one she would never hear again.

Sky spun around but saw nobody.

"We died because of you!!!" a hand from behind gripped her shoulders and dug into her skin. Sky screamed out of fright but no words came out. She ran as fast as her legs could carry her but it felt like she was running through thick mud, her movement slows while the chill in the air nipped at her exposed skin. But she didn't slow down. She was getting nowhere through the blackness never ended it just kept going.

She could still feel those hands on her, cold, colder than the air, and the stench of blood an
