CHAPTER 14

Tj made sure to use a whole day to recover from the party, clubbing and after party, but now it was the day she would be taking her flight down to Korea, the other directors would be taking their flights earlier but both Celia and Tj had decided to take afternoon flights so they could say all of their goodbyes. Irene would be taking them to the airport, Tj sat in the back of the car, feeling exhausted from the whirlwind of emotions she was experiencing. Irene and Celia were talking excitedly about the upcoming trip, but Tj could barely focus on what they were saying. She just wanted to shut her brain up, she had no idea why she was feeling this way.

"You okay back there?" Irene asked, looking at Tj from the rear-view mirror.

Tj forced a smile. "I'm fine" she said, though it was clear she wasn't.
