Aden's POV

What happened two days ago was proof that Elliot was being watched. He swore he wasn't going to let this slide.

Elliot immediately reconsidered his decision about helping me. We left his house which was wrecked by Igatus men.

I told him to come with me. He asked if where I stayed was safe. I answered him by telling him when he sees the location, he can conclude for himself if it was or wasn't.

When we reached he asked.

"Do you own this?"

"Yeah," I answered.

"Woooh, I wasn't expecting this. I had something different in mind" Elliot looked around the house.

"Perhaps you think that because I have a tragic story, then all aspects of my life should miserable.

" Most times that's how it should be. Haha... Just joking. I think I like it here already" he said as he sat on a couch. and crossed his legs. I had made the mistake of hating Elliot at first, despite our experience with Igatus's men, he still found a way to look happy and carefree."
