CHAPTER CXXIV: FUTURE MOTHER-IN-LAW
Angela’s POV
I’m already here at Honey Bear’s coffee shop. I keep on glancing outside so I could immediately stand up in case the princess arrives. It’s only 7 am here so I think she’ll probably arrive here before or at exact eight. I’m just wearing a plain white dress with curled long sleeves then I ponytailed my hair in a half. I haven’t mentioned Lucifer that I already met his mother and that she wants to see me today, I just told him that I have to go somewhere important and he can’t go with me. At first, of course he’s trying to stop me from leaving but then I was able to convince him in the end.
I was swaying my feet under the table when I suddenly heard the glass door of the coffee shop went open so I quickly stood up and shifted my gaze on the entrance. Angela’s POV“Thank you so much for visiting here sweetheart, I really thought you wouldn’t come.” Princess Melody said as she prepared the ingredients for the chocolate souffle that we’ll be making. She seems to be so familiar with the cabinets and the locations of every ingredients. I mean, I thought she just bakes with the ingredients ready. This only concludes that she’s really used of baking by herself which I find truly amazing of her.She asked me to separate the eggs into two bowls as she whisked the flour, sugar, and salt then I put the egg yolks. “It’s a pleasure to get an invitation from you, your highness.”Princess Melody suddenly stopped whisking and pouted at me. “It’s mommy, remember?
