CHAPTER CXXV: HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!
Angela’s POV
I haven’t seen Lucifer for a week now and today is our first anniversary too. I don’t even know what would his reaction be if he finally sees my new hair. Princess Melody was the one who chose my dress. She chose a red halter sleeveless open back midi lace pencil dress paired with a black patent strappy sandals then my hair was permed a bit and also, I already have wispy bangs which I find kind of uncomfortable since I’m used of not having some hair on my face.
Princess Melody also insisted to hire a personal hairstylist for me but I told her that I already have one to do that for me since Christine is so good at hairstyling and doing make up. “You mean you already meet your future mother-in-law?!”
I nodded while Christine is putting some red lipstick on my lips. “How was she? Is she beautiful too? Was she kind?” she asked.

Angela’s POV“Thank you so much for visiting here sweetheart, I really thought you wouldn’t come.” Princess Melody said as she prepared the ingredients for the chocolate souffle that we’ll be making. She seems to be so familiar with the cabinets and the locations of every ingredients. I mean, I thought she just bakes with the ingredients ready. This only concludes that she’s really used of baking by herself which I find truly amazing of her.She asked me to separate the eggs into two bowls as she whisked the flour, sugar, and salt then I put the egg yolks. “It’s a pleasure to get an invitation from you, your highness.”Princess Melody suddenly stopped whisking and pouted at me. “It’s mommy, remember?
