An hour prior to Griffin's arrival at my castle, Beta Jasfer entered my office to deliver some news about the cabin where I had discovered my wife.

"Lycan Aaron," Jasfer called out.

Turning away from the window, I faced him and listened attentively.

"We thoroughly examined the cabin that you stumbled upon in the middle of the forest. However, upon our arrival, we found the cabin already engulfed in a massive fire. It was evident that this was no natural disaster, as the strong smell of gasoline permeated the air. Someone intentionally set the cabin ablaze," he explained, his voice filled with frustration.
