RUBY'S POV

That night, I stayed back in the hospital with Clarissa and Sally. I was supposed to head to the club but I decided to fuck it all and do what I wanted for once.

Mostly because I now had a new job and didn't care much about my stripper job any longer. I wanted to feel the thrill of being free to do what I wanted while still being employed by the club and even though it was being spent in a hospital, it was with the ones I loved… my family.

Avery kept on calling me repeatedly obviously to know why I wasn't at the club to work since Dax had left but I ignored them and she stopped calling when she finally got the message.

So together with Clarissa, and Sally, we had takeout for dinner then Sally had her bath with my and Clarissa's help so her injury doesn't get wet and after that, we both tucked her into bed to sleep before we made ourselves comfortable on the couches in the ward.
