I lurked in the dark, watching from a distance at her house. Only a sliver of moon graced the sky, casting shadows around me. But it was perfect. It offered no light and gave me the perfect cover as I crouched lower on the branch of an oak tree.

Everywhere was quiet and still. Just the way I loved it. The cool breeze teased my skin.
