Chapter 61

Calix’s POV

We ate silently and in peace in the dining table. The kids are happy eating their meal and I am just watching my wife who’s being cute while eating her food. I chuckled on the thought that she’s being clingy this time.

She really wanted me around and she doesn’t want me to go to the company. Although, Hades was the one handling it and I do believe that maybe I’ll be back for some other time. Hades knows how to run the company since he has a lot of experience and I believe in his competencies.

“What are you staring at?” My wife asked me.

I smiled at her. “Nothing, wife. I am just captured by your beauty.” I replied to her.

She pursed her lips. I could see her cheeks blushing. She looks so beautiful and blooming. I couldn’t ask for more.

“You’re flattering, Calix…” she hissed. “Stop that will you?”

I shrugged my shoulder. “Then stop being a beauty in front of me, wife.” I winked at her. “But, I don’t know if you can’t stop that beauty of yours…” I added, chuckling.
