Chapter 26 - Room

JAMES sat down in his brother's office and sighed heavily. "Whoever the attacker was, it ain't her little lover," he commented right after arriving in the office. Eros looked up from his computer and raised an eyebrow.

"Don't say that," Eros warned.

"Well, of course, there's still a possibility he did it–" Eros shook his head and cut off his brother's words.

"Don't call him her little lover," he clarified and James' mouth slightly opened. He nodded slowly before saying, "Right. As I was saying, he doesn't seem to be lying. He was drunk and admitted to everything but not the night of the attack. The chance is low for it to be him," James elaborated and Eros nodded his head.

"How about our uncle?" James shrugged.

"Haven't investigated. Besides, what will he get from killing Keisha?" he asked his older brother and they both couldn't figure it out. This crosses their uncle as a potential suspect in this case.
