Nora looked at David with shaken eyes, her features rigid and wavering at the same time.

Nora was looking around, searching for a possible means of transport.

The cops hadn't let her see her surroundings when they were taking her here—and she would have been more frustrated than ever if the station was not in North Hollywood.
