Chapter Seventy

ARIA POV

"Hey there, Luna…" Killian chimed as he walked into my room all smiley and excited. His hands were behind his back and I could smell something… something really good. "Guess what I have with me."

"Mango custard!" I exclaimed, my stomach grumbled and I too was getting excited but also restless. I wanted to devour the meal immediately. "Give it to me!" I ordered then pounced on him. I went behind him and dragged the plate away from him. I sat down on the floor and started eating it with my hands.

"Woah… easy there tiger, I didn't know you were that crazy over mango custard." He chuckled then knelt down close to me.

His eyes suddenly narrowed at me, his eyes surveyed my body and he looked displeased. "Aria, are you sure you're okay?" He questioned skeptically, his eyes were still roaming about. "You don't look so good." He concluded.

"I'm fine." I lied. "But you shouldn't have brought this food. I shouldn't eat anything."

"Why?" He asked confused but slowly realization dawn
