I initially assumed the guards were dumb - couldn't speak. They had never responded to any of my words. We're they trying to neglect me or they didn't even have the ability to speak?

When they responded this time around, I was very shocked. I continued with my question and they continued to answer them all.

"I don't even understand how some people can be so stupid to beat up an Alpha like myself. Why can't some people consider the future?" I asked, though not directing the questions at them.

"Since the future isn't now, it's not to be considered. And again, we don't believe in anyone coming back to successfully exert his revenge on us. We are more than strong and capable to take down anyone that gets in here." He replied with a chuckle as the rest of the guards burst into laughter.
