The Signs - Part II

I curled up on my bed, clutching a pillow to my chest. I was still waiting for him fighting the immense tiredness that threated to take over. I yawned as I checked the clock. It was almost midnight. Where was he? The fear really started to take over at that point and I assumed the worst. Perhaps he changed his mind. Maybe he ran out of time and went back. Or is way to exhausted to come. Or maybe, he doesn’t want to come. I buried my face in the pillow and closed my eyes trying to sleep. But all I could think of was many unknown reasons why he didn’t show up. And every single one of them ended up being he simply didn’t want to. I suppose there is no point of waiting then.
