Alessia's POV

I hate surprises and unannounced visits, not me walking into the living room with the thought of finding something nice prepared by Cara to eat, call Collin and talk for long hours then get some good sleep.

But instead, I walked in to find Patrick and my mum chatting loudly like they are old friends of some sort. My already partially ruined day is officially ruined.

"There she is." Mum called out the moment she laid her eyes on me.

Patrick had a smirk that I would really love to wipe off his face. "Hey there beautiful." He drawled.

This asshole never stops to amuse me. How dare he try to act sly with me.

"What is he doing here mum?" I directed my question at her.

He grinned unbothered, "since you wouldn't reach out to me, I decided to do so instead. I am the guy In the relationship after all."

Allen chortled, causing me to burn holes into him with my glare. I sighed rubbing at my forehead, the icecream I had is becoming a disturbance to the peace of my belly.
