70-Green is Rebecca’s Color

Rebecca’s POV

“Are you sure you don’t want to go home and spend some time there saying goodbye to friends? You realize we will be taking over in a few weeks now that we have marked you right?” Ike is really worried about me sticking to my threat to my sister. “We can get away this week, but it’s going to be difficult to skip town once we take over.”

I think about it, I would like to pack my own room, and I would very much like to say good-bye to my pack.

We aren’t a large pack, medium sized, very close. We are a warrior, pack so we treasure each moment together, because each one can be your last.

“Okay, okay, you are right!” I say, flopping on the bed. We have just finished cleaning up the kitchen after a fabulous dinner. Ike and Sam look at me surprised by my chose of words. “Don’t get used to hearing you are right. I won’t be saying it often.”

“Oh, I think you will, we are pretty smart guys,” Sam said, crawling over me. “Did you enjoy your time in the water
