Chapter Twenty One
I walked into work with a huge smile plastered on my face later that morning. After talking with Riley, I felt like I was clear about my feelings for Theo and couldn't wait to tell him. I didn't care if he thought it was too soon. I just wanted to let him know how much he means to me.
So this is how being in love feels like, I was restless and couldn't wait to be with him already.
"Hey, Dr. Wilson." I was greeted by a random nurse and I smiled at her, nodding my head, and kept walking towards my locker to change for my shift. Once I was at my locker, I took out my coat to wear it and stuffed the rest of my belongings inside my locker.
"Hi Lucy," I heard a familiar voice behind me while shutting my locker and turned around to find Grace standing in front of me with a small smile. I blinked in surprise and cleared my throat before responding.
