Damon’s POV

The drive felt like it took forever as I had to listen to the two of my men talking back and forth most of the trip about what an abomination it was to have witches mixed with wolves and how it was going to be a threat to our species. A part of me wanted to agree with them that we needed to extinguish them all before they continued to reproduce but a part of me knew that this had to be partially the doing of the Moon Witch and I had to wonder what she had up her sleeve by doing this. But Willow was a part of this abomination and if I would extinguish her kind she would never forgive me and I am sure she would leave me.

By the time we had pulled back into camp the night was fading as the dawn threatened her appearance as the birds began to sing their morning melody.
