Chapter 52

Shawn’s POV

Alpha Chance had messaged me to meet him at the packhouse and I prayed that he had news of Willow’s whereabouts. I have not been able to sleep since she has been missing and I couldn’t go through all of this again. It was bad enough to lose one mate to the rogues but to lose two was too much for me to handle. I felt like I had let Willow down not being there for her when she needed me the most, just like I had done with Jess. I had made a vow to myself that after we found Willow, I was going to mark her as mine too and I didn’t care what the pack had to say about it.

Standing on the front steps of the packhouse I watched as the Alpha’s SUV approached the house and I waited in anticipation of what news he brought with him. As the SUV got closer I could see a woman in the front seat with dark hair and I got excited knowing it had to be Willow. Alpha Chance had brought our mate back to us just like he said he would.
