Danciana's POV:

I had been keeping a close eye on Alpha Dante for the past few hours, ever since he fell ill after eating the meal prepared by his dear mate Danciana. His condition was critical, and I couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss. After discreetly consulting with the pack's elders and a few other wolves, I became even more suspicious. I needed to get to the bottom of this, but I knew I couldn't do it alone. So, I decided to talk to Beta Liu, my brother.
