110 The Rot Curse

The drive to town was short and smooth. I was eager to catch Clint and know what his boss was planning. We arrived in the town and I realised all that Ellis had been trying to tell me. While searching for Clint, I figured how poor and underdeveloped the town was. Compared to the Wildbreed's town, ours was a complete shit-hole.

" I think I need to create more business establishments in this town and have it developed a bit," I told Jasper, and he agreed.

" Honestly I thought our laws were going to help the people, but it has only set our town back," Jasper confessed. " Compared to other towns, ours is the poorest, and the difference between our own and others is that, unlike other towns, where the supernatural beings and humans work together, the enmity between my team and your pack has prevented a lot of things. I hope things will be different after all this is over."
