II

Robin stared at her mother, bewildered by the sudden behaviour she screamed for her to step aside and allow her to get through.

"Mom, move"

"No"

"Mom!"

She remained silent, refusing to move. Having had enough of her stubbornness Robin pushed her mom to the side, tumbling to the floor she began crying out in pain. Rolling her eyes at her overly dramatic mother she pushed the doors open.

Waking into the room she heard the strange noises from before louder now that she was inside. Listening more closely to the sounds she could clearly tell that they were moans.

No.No.No.No

Pushing the doors open she froze in place. Her breath caught in her throat at the sight before her.

"R-Robin, what are you doing here?"

Victor asked while trying to cover himself with the sheets. His hair was a mess as if someone was repeatedly running their hands through them. The thick smell of sex covered the place and she knew exactly just what he was doing in there.

"Robin I can explain."

Looking at the woman beside him she saw her sister smirking in delight, barely making an effort to cover herself. Soon her mother ran into the room and began scolding her.

"I told you not to come in here but you didn't listen and now you had to see this with your own eyes"

"Ma, I thought you were keeping her busy in her room"

"I know sweetheart but she was gone before I got there"

Marcey rolled her eyes at her mother seemingly disappointed with her sister finding out. But she and Robin both knew that was not.

The whole while the two argued Robin found herself trapped in the room. It felt like she was not in her own body, the voices felt like they were far away a mere whisper in the background.

She was taken out of her state when she felt herself being shaken. Looking up at the man standing before her she finally registered what happened and her heart shattered.

"Tell me, tell me this is fake. Please Victor just tell me this is a lie"

Tears lined her eyes threatening to fall as she asked the man she once loved. he only looked to the side unable to utter a single thing but the silence was enough.

Pushing the man away from her she backed away from all three. It was starting to make sense now, the late calls, the date cancels, the meetings with my sister on the premise of preparation for the wedding, all of it was adding up.

The realization of her fiance cheating on her with none other than her sister was more than heartbreaking. It broke her and her spirit and shattered all the hopes she had for her future their future.

Turning from them she held her head in distress and began to giggle the giggles slowly rose to laughter with tears running down her cheeks. Her family looked at her at a loss for words. they could do nothing but stand there in awe.

Her laughter soon subsided after a few minutes. Heavily sighing out in satisfaction she turned to the people she used to call family. reaching to her back she grabbed a hold of her zipper, slowly pulling it down she began undressing.

Her entourage stood still in shock as they silently watched her dress fall in a heap on the ground. Kicking the gown aside she was left in her heels and white bodysuit she had prepared for her wedding night. Untying her hair she flipped it to the side and with a calm expression she said,

"The wedding's off"

Victor's eyes widened at her words but she did not care. Leaving her dress behind she walked out of the room.

On the other side of the building was a meeting of high executives taking place, the place was surrounded by men and women of great riches. A few news reporters came with invites and mingled with the rich.

Although the place was filled with men and women of all valours only one stole the attention of everyone. The main reason why as many people came as much as they did, was Ethan Acres.

The man was yet to enter the hall with everyone. He stood a bit away from the event place his long legs stretched with every strut. As he was making his way to the large hall he was stopped by the noise coming from his left.

Looking at the hallway to his side he saw a woman dressed in a white bodysuit, small ribbons decorating its sides. A man with nothing but a sheet wrapped around his waist closely followed behind her, his face frantic and desperate.

"Robin, wait please!"

Trying to grab at her arm Robin jerked it back furious she screamed at him.

"Leave me alone you disgusting, unfaithful little-"

"Disgusting? I am many things but that. If anything you are the disgusting one here"

Whipping her head back to face him she raised a brow at him.

"Excuse me? I'm not the one who cheated on me, with my sister!"

"Oh, please so what? Do you think you could find a man who could ever love a fat pig like you? You should be thankful that I was marrying you in the first place!"

Slap!

The sound of her hand colliding with his face rang out the hallway. She had a fierce look in her eyes, utterly disgusted at the man standing before her. This stranger.

"So, you believe that I can never get a man as great as you?"

Looking around her she turned and saw Ethan standing at the end of the hall his face slightly hidden by the shadows. With determination, she strutted toward the man and held him at the sides of his face. Before Ethan could react she pulled him down to her level and crashed her lips on his.

Confused by the act Ethan did not move out of her embrace instead he looked down at her and how she desperately moved her lips on his. Without thinking he wrapped an arm around her waist, pulling her impossibly closer to his body.

Surprised by his act she jumped at his actions, her breath caught in her throat when he whispered in a deep seductive voice

"Open"

Though it was one word she could understand the meaning behind it and she complied. Opening her mouth he slipped his tongue into her cavern. Shivers ran down her spine at the hot feel of his tongue running against her upper palette.

In a nearby corner, the shimmering of a camera shined as a small click sound came from within the darkness.

A small moan involuntarily ran out her lips, the embarrassing sound snapping her out of it. She pushed the man off her, flustered at the sound she had just made. Ethan simply smirked at her, licking his lips as if he had just tasted a sweet confectionery. Robin blushed at his gesture.

"Wha-"

The sound of her now ex-fiance's voice broke her from his trance she looked at the distraught man and said in satisfaction,

"I guess I can be a desired woman after all"

Giving him one last look she glanced at the man standing next to her but quickly turned away to the exit.

As she left the building in a hurry she felt herself break from her fiance, her family, and everything she had with them.

Watching her silhouette disappear Ethan looked down at the half-naked man now slumped on the floor, his eyes empty as if he did not believe what he had just witnessed.

Ignoring the half-naked man on the floor Ethan simply walked away.
