Donovan was trembling with fear, his face as white as a sheet. He stammered, "I... I..."

One of the killers approached him with a sinister grin and taunted, "What's wrong? Do you want to play the hero and save the day? Go ahead, I'll give you a chance. Attack me!"

Donovan yelled and charged forward. He was ready to pull the trigger.

That man simply reached out, crushed the gun barrel, plucked out the bullets, and swallowed them whole.

"He's not human! He's a monster!" Donovan screamed in terror and abandoned Jennifer and Jasmine, fleeing as fast as he could.

Both women turned pale in shock.

Jasmine scoffed coldly and remarked, "Jen, are you sure this coward was the one who saved you from Hugh?"

Jennifer clenched her fists, her face turned pale. "How could this happen? Donovan isn't like this!"

One of the men eyed the two trembling women and grinned wickedly. "Rhino, the one in the black stockings looks feisty. She's yours. I'll take the innocent one."
