Chapter 62
Ryder’s point of view:
“Do you want to eat pizza? I can order some.” I asked Jake.
We haven’t had lunch yet and I was so damn hungry.
“I can never refuse some free pizza.” Jake said with a smirk.
“Yeah, your freeloader ass won’t let you!” I shook my head at him.
He simply shrugged, sat down on the couch and lifted his legs up the coffee table as he leaned back.
“Keep a watch on him.” I told him and fished my phone out of my right pocket.
I walked into the kitchen to grab two water bottles while dialing up the pizza place.
I called up Andiamo pizza place and ordered two large pizzas with meatballs, tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, peperoncini, parmesan and basil. It was Jake’s favorite. The first time we visited this place, Jake called dibs on the cheesiest pizza and they did get us the cheesiest one.
