42- I'm dead

Two days later, Max was the first to awaken from his befogged state. When he opened his eyes, he felt a stabbing headache as the light penetrated his eyes. He took extra time to adjust his eyes and mind to the haze before slowly waking up sitting up. He was a bit confused and could not quite remember what had happened the minute, hour, or days before. He took note that he was in his own bedroom, a fact that relaxed him but panicked greatly as he looked at his naked body full of fingers and bite marks. He immediately looked to his right and thankfully saw Trevor lying there. He smiled sweetly and looked at his boyfriend who was fast asleep.

But in the next second, his smile vanished and his eyes widened as he saw what a desolate state Trevor was once in. He startled up, pulling the covers off and gasping when he saw Trevor's body covered in bruises and all red. His mouth was wide open as he was amazed and scared at the same time. Looking at Trevor, he could feel how much he ha
