Chapter 22

Josh pov

My mom runs with me as I carry Claire and run to the hospital worried and scared for her. My mom keeps saying everything is fine but by the alarms sounding that means another attack.

"focus on the pup,my mom says smiling, we got this",I burst to the labor floor and yell. Doc comes running with nurses and soon we are in the delivery room.

"your doing good honey",doc smiles.

"it hurts",Claire does breathing and glares at me.

Well shit.

"little one, I say softly trying to avoid her wrath, your doing great. I love you",she growls.

" you did this to me!!" ,she yelled, I swear on everything I don't recommend this on anybody it's awful",her voice was loud and I did everything I could not to laugh. Childbirth is not funny by any means but she was yelling some off the wall stuff at me while doing weird breathing that my mom seems to think was normal. I tried to hold her hand but she pulled away from me as more alarms went off and I knew soon I would probably have to leave and go help
