A few hours later I was sitting in the waiting room of Central Union hospital awaiting on a Dr. Marsh to tell me the status of Emma’s condition. I started packing the kids’ belongings to move to the new house. There was not much clothing but there was an abundance of toys. This had to be Emma’s doing. The plan Kyle had; I was skeptical about. Sure, it sounded great, but I was not sure I could handle it. I was not Emma; she was much more cunning than I was.
