“You know what, we'll decide this later," Blaze said to Axel. They had been standing here for minutes now, talking about the funeral stuff and whether or not their father should be cremated and all whatnot. Blaze honestly couldn't care less about that, but he knew they had to decide soon.

“Later, as in when?“ Axel asked. Blaze seemed absent-minded, but there was something he came to talk about, and he was still finding a way to lead up to it without looking greedy.

“Maybe when Hunter's around. This involves all three of us, can't just jump to conclusions without asking Hunter's opinion.“ There, he had found a perfect excuse to get out of this conversation. Axel was boring him, and he would rather be sleeping now.

“Hmm, guess you're right about that.“ Axel agreed. He saw the relieved expression on Blaze's face and nearly chuckled because he was just getting started.
