Will I give a chance?

"You seemed to have had a great sleep." He touched my face. I flinched at his touch, the memory of the nightmare still fresh in my mind.

"Come back with me, babe," he pleaded, but I couldn't shake the fear that had consumed me.

Am I dreaming? Is this another nightmare I'm having? The room felt suffocating, and the air was heavy with tension. I struggled to understand what was real and a figment of my imagination.

I turned my face away from his touch. "Why are you here?" I said nervously in my voice.

"I'm just dreaming," I whispered to myself, but Drenver's face was inches away from my face. I slightly slapped my face, but the feeling of his breath against mine was too real to be a dream. My heart raced as I tried to piece together what was happening.

"Let's go home, Babe," he told me, trying to grab my hand. I avoided his touch. I moved away from him. I crawled on the bed until I fell on the other side of the room. I pressed myself against the wall.

"Don't come any closer!" I sai
