Chapter 18 A boy and his wolves

Noah's POV

I hear the thunder of Zeus's paws hitting the ground as he runs. I feel the wind blowing through my hair. Zeus's fur tickling my skin as it blows in the wind.

I thought this would have been a rough ride, but Zeus is incredibly smooth.

I watch the trees fly by, I can't believe how amazing this feels!

I feel so free!

I've never felt like this before.

I laugh and hold on tighter as Zeus leaps over a log. Again, he surprised me. His jump was so smooth and so was his landing.

I laugh then looked at Xander's reddish brown wolf. He's a handsome wolf, but nowhere near as handsome as my Zeus!

I sit up higher, I close my eyes and raise my head to the sky.

The warm summer breeze rushing against my face as Zeus flies through the woods.

I almost felt like a bird flying. Something I always wished I could do.

I let go then raise my hands in the air above me and slightly out to my sides. As if they were my wings and I was flying.
