Sixty One

As soon as the front door closed, Cameron grabbed her and pulled her to him. He had an amused grin on his face as he looked down at her and she suppressed the urge to wipe it off for him. "Are you angry with me?" he asked when she struggled to get away from him.

Clenching her teeth, she tried to yank herself out of his hands again, but there was no such luck. "No," she said dryly without looking at him.

He pushed one brow up. "Hmm, is that right?" he asked while releasing her and stepping back.

Ruby righted her clothes and rolled her eyes. What was his problem? "Yes." She forced out, as they started to walk out of the house.

Soon, they got to the car and he opened the door for her. She glared at him before slipping inside, and then he closed the door. He walked around the car, got in, and strapped in his seatbelt.
