Winery

I was relaxed, for the first time in a long time. That substance running down my lips made the calm come back to me. The man filled my glass again, the waiters circled around as they served a myriad of dishes. The aroma of melted cheese, freshly baked bread and grilling meat made me realize the terrible truth. I hadn't had a decent lunch since all this started. Damn, I had barely been able to relax.

“What a bummer.... This fucking fight made me lose like ten pounds.” Billy mumbled, as he wolfed down the cold meat on the silver platter.

The cheese was what tempted him most, as was the variety of salted hams. He took several and popped them into his mouth, while taking a big sip of red wine. He let out a sigh of relief.

“It is a sacrifice for the common good, we are the ones who will stop the attack of beasts like Goth.” I said, looking at him seriously, although I was starting to get dizzy.
