I opened my eyes, and I began struggling with my thoughts and wondering where exactly I was. I snapped at my body, and I had a linen made with animal skin spread on my body. Tilting my eyes sideways, my gaze fell on the mattress I had laid on. Everything smelled new.

Where am I? I groaned around, sat up, and wiped my face again.

The scent of pine wafted through the air, mingling with the earthly aroma of the forest floor as I took in the surroundings. I felt the soft grass underfoot, and its gentle texture began to calm my nerves. My eyes became wide open, and it became crystal clear that I was in the wolf realm, my kind.

How exactly did I get into the wolf realm? I hit my head trying to remember all that happened, but I could not remember anything. I snapped across the trees and forest, and everywhere was so calm and peaceful except for the wrestling sounds of the birds.
