“I’m sorry,” Cedric muttered, spitting out a mouth full of blood from his mouth. I smiled seeing him in pain because this was exactly what he deserved. He didn’t deserve any form of thought, he was an animal and should be treated like one.

“Oh no, you’re not! After all, I've done for you Cedric! I took as my own, my brother, and not only did you stab me in the back eventually, you wanted to hurt what was mine, you had the guts to send Fisher to abduct her!!” I roared out angrily, still holding him tight by the collar without a single pity evident in my tone.

Although I wasn’t happy about the fact that he switched sides and most importantly he switched up on me, I care less because it was his life after all and he could do what he wanted with it.

If he felt that he didn’t want to be by my side as my Beta anymore then I had no right to hold him for it. Even if he knew a great deal about things that I shouldn’t even let him see, I still didn’t act on that.
