CHAPTER TEN

NATALIE'S POV

"Alright, bye," I said, hugging them tightly. They pulled away and waved at me as they climbed into the plane.

"Oh, and, Nat, please don't 'fill me up, Ace,' while you're representing our company, okay?" Amelia teased. I gave her a middle finger then watched the plane leave. Turning back to go to the car, I felt a tear slid down my face and I quickly wiped it off.

"Teddy, please take me to any electronically shop nearby. I need to get a charger," I told the driver. The driver grunted then began driving the car. As we passed through the streets, I couldn't help but admire New York. It looked so much prettier at night.

"Here, Ma'am," Teddy said, stopping in front of a shop. I smiled at him then stepped out of the car. When I was done buying my charger, I walked out of the shop and I collided with a woman holding a cup of coffee.

"Sorry," I apologized, wiping my cloth. "I wasn't looking where I was going."
