My voice was a dangerous growl, my eyes burning with fury. "Why the hell did you bring me here?!"

I demanded, my anger surging as I tightened my grip around Yilena's neck, forcing her back against the cold wall behind her.

"You had one job, Yilena. One. Job. And you bring me back here?" My voice, low and menacing, reverberated through the dimly lit hallway.

Yilena struggled for breath, her hands clawing at mine, trying to loosen my vice-like hold. Her eyes widened in panic, but she managed to shake her head, attempting to speak, but I didn't let her.
