TWO: MISTAKEN

"So you've been admiring me for a long time huh" Enzo teased with a smirk.

I sighed and shook my head.

"No, you're getting it wrong—"

"It's pretty obvious here babe, come on" He chuckled. "You don't have to hide and act like one of those mysterious ladies who's sending me letters and gifts. I'm here just in front of you, you can tell it to me directly babe"

I'm starting to feel irritated with his actions and words, he was so full of himself.

"Enzo, you're getting it wrong. The diary wasn't mine" I tried to defend myself but I haven't noticed that he was slowly cornering me to one side of the room.

"Really babe?" He smirked.

My blood started to boil in anger, he was moving his face closer to mine while just smirking. Pervert!

I was about to push him away when someone already pulled him harshly causing him to fall on the floor.

"Jax!" I screamed and immediately held him to stop him when he was about to attack Enzo.

Dave and Hayes immediately interfere. They were also ready to attack Jax so I use myself as a shield to cover him behind me, I don't want to get anyone in trouble because of me.

"Stop! I'm sorry! We're sorry! Please just let us leave!" I immediately begged before they even could start a fight.

"Go and leave you freak!" Valerie shouted as they helped Enzo to stand up.

I quickly took my bag and the diary of Aria that fell on the floor before I took Jax's hand and pulled him away from there, I can feel Jax's body trying to fight back from me and wanting to stay and start a fight but I scolded him to just listen and I'm thankful that he did listen.

I just held his hand and pulled him until we reached the garden. I made him sit on the bench before I sat beside him. I put the diary inside the bag before I faced him.

"I appreciate your concern Jax, but you shouldn't have done that," I told him.

"But he was harassing you!" His voice raised.

I let out a sigh and stared at his eyes. "Jax, thank you. But I don't want to put you in any trouble, I can handle that on my own" I calmly told him.

"How can you handle that if you don't even want to fight them back?" He asked sarcastically.

I smiled at him. "Do you think I'll just let them do anything they want just because I don't want to fight back? I have a backup plan" then I chuckled.

Slowly, he frowned looking confused.

"What plan?" He asked.

I chuckled and went near him as I whispered in his ears the naughty things that I planned to do if Enzo have succeeded with his intention of kissing me.

His eyes slowly widened and that made me laugh hard, he doesn't have to react like that, but as a guy, he knows how painful that'll be.

"You're going to kick him on his—"

I laughed more and covered his mouth before he could even shout the whole thing I whispered to him.

"Are you sure you're going to do that if only I didn't interfere?" He asked still so shocked.

"Of course" I smirked at him and crossed my arms over my chest.

He looked down and nodded.

"You're right, I shouldn't have interfered. That's way better, at least you're slowly doing something for yourself to protect yourself"

"Told yah" I snapped a finger right through his face.

I was staring at the biggest tree inside the campus when suddenly he pinched my cheeks making me groan in pain.

"Ouch! That hurts!" I pouted but he only laughed.

"My little bud right here is finally improving," he said smiling as he brushed my hair with his hands.

"Stop Jax, my hair!" I groaned.

"Now tell me there's still nothing going on between you two, brother still no process?" Aria said as she suddenly showed up from nowhere. "After what I'm seeing right now stop denying you two aren't still together"

"What are you talking about, I don't think there's something wrong with what we're doing unless we're being too close to each other inappropriately" I chuckled.

"Oh, aren't you two?" She asked sarcastically.

"You're talking too much, go sit and I'll buy you two food to eat. You're just hungry Aria" Jax then stood up, he looked down on me. "Do you want anything?"

"Just the usual" I smiled.

He then looked at Aria and asked her too, they still joked around before Jax left to buy us food. Then Aria sat beside me.

I pouted as I looked at her before I slammed the book in front of her.

"I don't want to keep this anymore, you didn't even put your name on that book"

She looked at me confused.

"Why? Of course, I won't write my name here, this is full of my secrets. I didn't write down my name so that when someone reads this no one would still find out it's mine. Did you read it?" She asked.

"I didn't, but someone did" I rolled my eyes remembering what happened.

"Who?" She asked interestedly as she faced me.

"Your great lover, Enzo" I rolled my eyes and she just covered her mouth dramatically.

"Oh. My. God! Are you sure? He did?"

"Why do you think I'd lie about it?" I hissed.

"What did he say?!" She panicked and move closer to me.

"Well, he just thought your diary was mine and he and his friends laughed about it, they made fun of me and teased me. Hope you know how badly I want to kick him on his..." I stopped, "Argh!" and then groaned.

There was a moment of silence and after a minute, my soul almost left my body when she suddenly shrieked loud that caught all the attention of the other students nearby us.
