Chapter 43 – The Takeover.

The following morning; Emmett, Lester and Richard walk into the office building of Peterson Properties; ready to address the staff. The terms of the takeover; all staff members were to be given the option to stay under Richard or be paid out for services rendered. The only employees not included were those associated with Seamus O’Conner. They will be taken into custody.

The directors for the company; were paid out under the current stock prices as their services were no longer needed. Lester Drake Media directors will be taking over these positions. Paul was given $20 million for his company; more than it was worth. Lester had the bank transfer the money the day before, once Paul signed the legal paperwork.
